The following terms shall refer exclusively to purchases made by private customers.
The following terms govern sale of the products marketed by Solidea®. Solidea® reserves the right to change the sales terms without prior notice. Any new rules shall become effective the moment they are published in the Solidea® site and shall apply to sales made from that moment onwards. The consumer is invited to carefully read the sales terms during all purchases made through the Solidea® Internet site.

Solidea® is the brand owned by Calzificio Pinelli Srl through which the products exhibited in this site are presented and marketed.
The minimum order amount that will be accepted is 35 €
Orders for amounts higher than 100 € and with payment COD shall undergo further checks prior to carrying out.
Charging of any shipping costs depends on the total amount of the order and the country to which the order must be sent. These costs, in any case and when they exist, are illustrated in detail before overall order confirmation.
Payment in cash at the time of delivery of the goods (there is an additional charge equal to € 3.00 for this service for orders for amounts less than € 65.00. No additional cost for orders in excess of € 65.00).
Payment made directly through the site at the time the order is placed, using the Shop Secur@Light system provided by the CASSA DI RISPARMIO PARMA E PIACENZA (CARIPARMA – CREDIT AGRICOLE), Visa and Mastercard circuits.

The lodging bank through which the transfer is to be made changes according to the country where the purchaser resides. Delivery times for the goods depend on the payment term that was selected.
Orders paid by Credit Card or COD received before 12 o’clock Noon are prepared and shipped the following day. Orders received after 12 o’clock noon will be shipped the second working day after the day the order was received.
Orders paid by Bank Transfer will be delivered the moment the relevant amount is credited to the current account specified in the “Payment Terms – Bank Transfer” section.
Solidea® guarantees and is responsible for the above-mentioned time schedules until the goods are collected by the carrier. Any delays or inefficiencies in final delivery of the goods are to be ascribed to the carrier who performed the shipment.
Delivery of purchased products is carried out using the national mail service
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
If the carrier is unable to make delivery two consecutive times because the addressee is absent then the carrier shall leave a notice of failure to deliver that carries the address to contact to agree upon delivery.s.
Solidea® will do all in its power to have the products delivered within the specified terms.
The purchaser is invited to contact Solidea® in case of delays in delivery and to notify inefficiencies.
The prices listed in the site include VAT. No additional costs are envisaged for placing orders except for a shipping cost and a charge for COD within the order value limits indicated in the site itself.
Prices (inclusive of VAT) are shown in the upper part of the size and color chart linked to each item in the on-line catalogue.
Solidea® grants the following discounts exclusively for orders with delivery in Italy:
Solidea® reserves the right to change product prices, the granted discount, the fee for shipping costs and the charge for COD management without prior notice. The new amounts and new terms become effective the moment they are published in the Solidea® site and shall apply to sales made from that moment onwards.
If it is even temporarily impossible to partially or totally carry out the order Solidea® will contact the purchaser to set out new agreements. The purchaser retains, in this case, the right to ask for even partial cancellation of the order and return of the corresponding amount which may in case have already been paid by credit card or bank transfer.
When the data filled out by the purchaser are incomplete or inexact (making it impossible to deliver the parcel) then Solidea® shall contact the purchaser in order to determine the procedures and place for return.
Requests by Solidea® for some data such as e-mail and telephone number are made in the interests of the purchaser in order to be able to contact him should it become necessary to redefine order terms including partial or total cancellation and to agree upon the procedures for return of the amounts already collected.
