Those purchasing goods via the Internet must be of age. Purchases made from the Solidea® site are governed, for all that is not explicitly envisaged in the following purchase terms, by Legislative Decree No.185 dated May 22nd, 1999 related to consumer protection with regard to remote business contracts.

Solidea® is the brand owned by Calzificio Pinelli Srl through which the products exhibited in this site are presented and marketed.
Product characteristics are specified in the on-line catalogue and are displayed prior to filling out the order form.
Prices are listed in the upper part of the size and color chart linked to each item in the on-line catalogue. The price displayed is the price to the public. The discount granted to you shall apply according to the grand total of the order. This total shall be subject to VAT with the exception of subjects who are exempted from this tax. The prices that are really applied are illustrated before giving overall confirmation to the order. During this stage you may still partially or totally modify or cancel the order.
Solidea® reserves the right to change the prices of its products and/or the discounts being granted without prior notice. Any new amounts shall become effective the moment they are published in the Solidea® site and shall apply to sales made from that moment onwards.
If it is even temporarily impossible to partially or totally carry out the order Solidea® will contact the purchaser to set out new agreements. The purchaser retains in this case the right to ask for even partial cancellation of the order and return of the corresponding amount which may in case have already been paid.
The payment term being applied is specified in the purchaser’s personal data sheet and agreed upon directly with Solidea® or through an agent.
Solidea® shall deliver the products that are purchased by carrier which guarantees delivery throughout the territory of the European Economic Community within 5 working days of the date the shipment is collected.
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours. If the carrier is unable to deliver the order because the addressee is absent then after two attempts he shall leave a notice of failure to deliver that carries the address to contact to agree upon delivery. Solidea® will do all in its power to have the product delivered to the consumer within the specified terms.
The consumer is invited to contact Solidea® in case of delays in delivery and also to notify any inefficiencies.
