FREE of charge for all orders in excess of 59.00 €.
For orders less than 59.00 € shipping costs are equal to 4.90 €.
EEC Countries
Free delivery on all orders with a minimum spend of 120.01 €.
Delivery charge of 9.90 € for orders up to 59.00 €.
Delivery charge of 6.00 € for orders between 59.01 € and 120.00 €. In any case if these costs should be applied they will be shown in detail before the overall order confirmation.
N.B.: the Shipping Costs for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Faroe Islands are according to the rules for the Rest of the World

For orders with an amount lower than or equal to € 59.00, delivery charge is € 20.00. In any case if these costs should be applied they will be shown in detail before the overall order confirmation.

Shipping costs could be charged depending on the order amount and on the country to which the order must be sent. In any case if these costs should be applied they will be shown in detail before the overall order confirmation.
Delivery times
Delivery times for the goods depend on the payment term that was selected.
Orders paid by Credit Card or COD received before 12 o'clock noon are prepared and shipped the following working day. Orders received after 12 o'clock noon will be shipped the second working day after the day the order was received.
Orders paid by Bank Transfer will be delivered the moment the relevant amount is credited to the current account specified in the "Payment Terms - Bank Transfer" section.
Calzificio Pinelli S.R.L. guarantees and is responsible for the above-mentioned time schedules until the goods are collected by the carrier. Any delays or inefficiencies in final delivery of the goods are to be ascribed to the carrier who performed the shipment.
Delivery of purchased products is carried out using the national mail service or express carrier.
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
If the carrier is unable to make delivery two consecutive times because the addressee is absent then the carrier shall leave a notice of failure to deliver that carries the address to contact to agree upon delivery.
The purchaser is invited to contact Calzificio Pinelli S.R.L. in case of delay in delivery and to notify any inefficiencies.
