Rules and principles
guiding us every day
The Corporate Code of Ethics is one of the self-regulation tools increasingly used by corporate organizations in all sectors and constitutes the attachment to the organization model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
Calzificio Pinelli SRL wanted to take up this opportunity to better protect collaborators involved in the company business and the company owners as well.
The Corporate Code of Ethics is a document drawn up and adopted on a voluntary basis in a professional environment, with the aim of defining a series of ethical and social guidelines. The rules are drawn up by the company and are by definition principles fixing ethical-social responsibilities of the company members, both externally and within the organisation.
A Corporate Code of Ethics represents the Charter of rights and duties which company employees as well as employer must necessarily comply to. The intimate meaning of this document is that it is created on a voluntary basis: it is a fundamental element stating that its principles are not legally binding, but they are rules to define best practices and behaviours of the organisation members.
