Solidea guarantees its products to be free from defects.
If the seller nevertheless discovers a defect in the purchased products, he can exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. By sending an email to info@solidea.com, the seller can request information, make complaints or comments and communicate anything he considers appropriate.
Solidea will replace the faulty product only if the defect is due to a manufacturing mistake. The defective items (i.e. the production defects that occurred at the origin) of Solidea brand products must be delivered directly to the company (shipping costs at customer’s charge), and the proper details of the customer who discovered the defects must be provided.

Only after receipt and inspection of the defective items, Calzificio Pinelli Srl will ship directly and free of charge the replacement items to the customer.
Should Calzificio Pinelli Srl not receive the defective items, no replacement can follow.
There will be no replacement:
- if the defect results from normal use of the product (i.e. wear and tear, scratching, etc.),
- if the product is improperly used.
The company Calzificio Pinelli Srl, which operates in the electronic commerce under the Solidea brand, informs that the personal data provided when completing the registration form for new users or in any other way are subject to the processing of personal data according to Law No. 675/96.
As indicated in the registration form for new users, the compilation and transmission of the data implies the acceptance and express consent to the data processing by Calzificio Pinelli Srl.
