Solidea guarantees its products to be free of any defects.
Whenever the consumer encounters a defect in the products purchased he can exercise his withdrawal right within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the goods.
The withdrawal right shall apply exclusively and only to goods that have not yet been worn.
The consumer may ask for information, file claims or comments or notify
whatever he feels to be opportune to the above-mentioned postal, e-mail
and fax address.
